Where the Explorer data comes from
Primary feeds
- Official AAPM Annual Meeting schedules (talks + posters) via conference CSVs.
- Program book metadata captured by the internal scraper suite.
- Manual overrides uploaded by the data team for late-breaking corrections.
Quality checks
Every dataset is deduplicated, normalized (authors, affiliations, session IDs), and re-indexed by Whoosh. Admins can view provenance inside the dataset dashboard and roll back to base files at any time.
