What we collect

We only store the information required to run personalized features: your account credentials (hashed), saved calendars/interest lists, and optional preferences from the settings page. Conference submission data stays tied to official AAPM datasets.

How it is used

Preferences exist solely to render your experience (theme, default year, search scope). We never sell or share user data. Admin logs are used for operational safety and are not exposed publicly.
